The Food Manufacturing Excellence Level 2 & 3 SVQ’s are for operators working in a food manufacturing and processing factory.
Subjects you will study include health and safety, hygiene, cleaning, operating equipment, quality, packing and processing and can be adapted to suit most, if not all food manufacturing operations.
The qualification is delivered in the workplace by observation of practical skills and understanding of knowledge and industry requirements with written reports.
