The Food Manufacturing Excellence Level 2 & 3 SVQ’s are for operators working in a variety of food manufacturing and processing environments.
The qualification covers a wide range of areas including health and safety, hygiene, cleaning, operating equipment, quality, packing and processing and can be adapted to suit most, if not all food manufacturing operations.
The qualification is delivered in the workplace through observation of practical skills and understanding of knowledge and industry requirements.
Level 2 qualifications are suited to junior roles and Level 3 qualifications are for those working in a more supervisory capacity.
