The SVQs and MAs in Business and Administration are for staff working in a general office environment. Skills covered include data processing and organising work schedules. As well as storing, retrieving and supplying information plus the receipt and transmission of information.
It is possible to customise the qualification to the skills your employee needs. For example Financial units, Customer Service or Bespoke Software can be included.
Those taking Level 2 SVQ in Business Administration will be working at a junior level. Level 3 candidates will be more experienced staff in a position of responsibility.
