
This qualification is for people managing a range of construction sites and projects.
Their role should be that of managing supervisors and staff and they should be employed at a senior level within a construction company.
Candidates will be assessed on a wide range of topics including project planning, allocating and checking work, controlling progress and costs, establishing and monitoring communication systems, and organising supplies, plant and equipment.
I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge set by this and feel proud to have attained my certificate.
