The Business and Administration SVQ has been developed specifically for staff working in a general clerical environment and covers such duties as data processing, organising work schedules, storing, retrieving and supplying information and the receipt and transmission of information.
Those undertaking Level 2 will be at a junior level, while Level 3 candidates will be more experienced staff in a position of responsibility.
